Before coming in for a session, the best thing to do is release all
expectations of what is going to happen or what it is going to be
like. Everyone's experience is unique and individualized.
You'll make a list of questions you would like to ask your Higher
Self. Questions about the circumstances in your life where you
would like some clarity, about your relationships, your health, and
our purpose. That is all the preparation that is needed.
We will be together for 5 hours
Deep State of Relaxation
We will talk for the first couple of hours about your life and your questions. Then we will go into the session where You be guided into a deep state of relaxation.
Falling Asleep
This is a natural state that we all experience twice a day, right before waking up and right as we are falling asleep.
Audio Recorded Session
Your session is audio recorded and emailed to you within 24 hours. The recording is a continual healing tool. It is imperative to listen to your session often. Each time you listen is a Healing experience.
Your SC/Higher Self chooses the most appropriate experience for you to have and explore in order to help you understand why life has been the way it has been for you. In this way, we can gain valuable information to help you understand the lessons behind it so you can heal.
